Hotel well located, located in the center of Casablanca and Had a nice view of the world's highest mosque Hassan II's mosque very nice staff Hamza, Omar and others at the reception they always help. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant. The rooms, the floor and the toilet were very clean plus the cleaning lady Buuchra she was very good she came to fix my room every day. THANK YOU KENZI BASMA HOTEL😊

Good location near by the main attractions of Casablanca. Large room, comfortable bed, big bathroom with good shower and Bidet!

basically the staff made it a good hotel and location is right next to all the shops and eateries and transport links the reception staff was really friendly the cleaning lady was super kind ( she was the best ) the bell boy/security was very friendly the hotel catered to every request I made and felt like you were looked after as the staff did make an effort to get to know you better

A large room with a large comfortable bed, a large desk and a large bathroom with a large shower. Our room on 7th floor was high enough to be out of street noise. The smorgasbord dinner was excellent for €15 p/p. Overall, just a bit of luxury in the crazy city of Casablanca.

We booked 5 rooms for 1 night, I asked if we could have the rooms near each other. All the rooms were in a row and we were upgraded to better rooms at no added fee. This was great, the only comment is that some of the carpeting and furniture were a little dated and this would bother some travelers, but this was fine for us. It was a great location and biggest breakfast we had after 12 days in Morocco

Location and the staff is really so helpful and so polite at all levels at the reception yassin and chaima they are so nice and helpful people Ana breakfast is very good and the staff in restaurant is so nice and helpful

The location is very good. I had a nice view of the Hassan II Mosque from my balcony. The exterior of the hotel is really nicely Art Deco. The staff were nice, and the wifi worked well.

- Perfect location - Ocean view - Outstanding staff The location of the hotel is in the centre of the city. Everything is close-by (rentals, restaurants, public transport). If you have a car they have their own parking place. From the balcony you can see the ocean and the city. I travel allot so what was for me the most exceptional was the professionalism and kindness of the hotel staff. From the concierge to the reception and manager. They helped me with variety of things. - Getting food when it was too late to order. (night arrival) - Helped me with getting cash from the ATM (accompanying to the ATM in the night) - Helped me with getting a good rental car for a fair price - Reserve places for me at other venues Especially Karima went the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect.

I liked how friendly and helpful all the staff were. I was with my Wife and child and had also booked a room for my in-laws to stay for the 2-weeks. The receptions were absolutely great, helpful and friendly. The rooms wear clean, great size and had everything one could need in a room. The view of the Hassan II Mosque was great and everything was near by.
